Latest BSNL Landline only plans with annual payment schemes and benefits explained

As per the latest TRAI telecom subscription data, BSNL is the largest fixed-line operator in India with a 38.55% market share. A major portion of BSNL’s existing wireline customers is using Voice Only services for home/office purposes. Customers who need high-speed data might have already migrated to BSNL’s Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband services which are now available all over India even in rural and remote areas.

For the lowest possible price, BSNL is entering into partnerships with local cable operators, telecom infrastructure providers, and multi system operators to offer Bharat Fiber (FTTH) services to the general people. However, a sizable portion of the population still relies on BSNL Landline for voice only services. Let’s look at the most recent BSNL Landline plans that are accessible to both current and potential clients, as well as the different advance payment options and their advantages.

In an effort to reduce the number of landline tariff options, as we revealed on October 19, 2020, BSNL switched customers from some of the older landline plans to unlimited combination broadband services. In the month of October 2020, over 36 different landline plans were discontinued, and consumers in each of those plans received unlimited voice calling capabilities and were transferred to the closest combination broadband tariff plan. Following the rationalization, only the aforementioned landline tariff options are available for subscription to new and current landline subscribers.
