Exclusive: All current and future Bharat Fiber (FTTH) subscribers across all circles will now receive faster download speeds and pre-FUP data use.

(BSNL) today announced the extension of the recent reformulation in Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband plans

For all current and future customers across all telecom circles, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today announced the extension of the recently revised Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband plans, which include upgrades to download speed and pre-FUP data consumption.

As we reported on October 13, 2020, BSNL officially announced that all current Bharat Fiber (FTTH) broadband plans would receive an upgrade in download speed and pre-FUP data usage, but only in specific cities/areas where BSNL had launched promotional Bharat Fiber Plans such as Fiber Basic 449, Fiber Value 799, Fiber Premium 999, and Fiber Ultra 1499. Later, BSNL unveiled Fiber Basic Plus 599, a new FTTH package that is now a standard offering for all Indian telecom circles. Additionally, as a Welcome Offer, BSNL has made the Fiber Basic 449 plan available to all new subscribers in all circles.

Currently, all current BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) subscribers will, with immediate effect, benefit from enhanced download speed and higher pre-FUP data consumption across all telecom circles with the exception of Andaman & Nicobar telecom circles. Existing users may take advantage of the faster download speeds and larger amounts of free data usage without paying any additional costs or upgrade fees.
