BSNL to double free calls in existing Landline plans in all the circles from 1st August 2017 onwards.

BSNL offers nearly double free calls in existing landline plans.

The PSU is in fact showering discounts on BSNL’s landline and internet customers as it announced changes to the present landline pricing with effect from the first of August 2017 in all circles.

The most recent information is that BSNL would offer nearly twice as many free calls in all of its current regular and special landline plans (Economy plan and Special plan), without raising the monthly subscription. The change in the number of free calls is only applicable to plans with a monthly rental of Rs. 160 or higher. In the revised general landline plans, customers may get precisely as many free calls as their monthly rental. For instance, the Landline General Plan 160 entitles a customer to 160 free calls.

All circles will use BSNL’s revised landline plans starting on August 1st, 2017.

Rural and urban landline customers can now choose from updated BSNL alternative packages.

The aforementioned guidelines will be mandatory in all contexts starting on 1/8/2017. The other terms and conditions will not change. While BSNL’s cost reduction is a fantastic customer-friendly move, free calls being made available to all networks will undoubtedly make BSNL Landline services more alluring.
