BSNL is improving customer service by receiving feedback and suggestions through social media.

Through social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, BSNL has made the decision to directly solicit opinions and suggestions from its clients in order to enhance its customer service. On Wednesday, May 3, 2017, from 2.30 to 3.30 pm, BSNL customers in the Kerala Telecom Circle will have the opportunity to speak with BSNL Kerala Head Shri. R Mani ITS as part of one such program.

Customers in Kerala Circle may personally interact and provide feedback with BSNL Kerala Circle CGM (Chief General Manager) on 03-05-2017, according to the most recent information. Customers can follow CGM on Twitter at @cgmbsnlkerala and tweet him their questions between 2:30 and 3:00 pm with the hashtag #TalkToCGMBSNLKL.

As we previously reported, on September 21, 2016, BSNL CMD Shri. Anupam Srivastava personally responded to consumer input, recommendations, and grievances in Kerala Circle to launch BSNL’s first Twitter Town Hall. For all BSNL consumers in India, it was a groundbreaking move.

The Chief General Manager will be on hand on May 3rd to speak with BSNL customers and assist in resolving their complaints. Customers can provide insightful comments and feedback during the live session to help BSNL enhance the quality of its services and customer happiness.
