With effect from September 4, 2017, BSNL is changing its most popular Unlimited Data packages.

BSNL is revising its most popular Unlimited Data packs with effect from 4th September 2017.

Three of BSNL’s most popular Unlimited Data packages—Triple Ace, giving 333; Nehle per Dehla, offering 395; and BSNL Chukka, offering 444—will be changed as of September 4.

The “Triple Ace offer 333” and the “BSNL Chaukka offer 444” will be specially examined for their customers in South Zone telecom circles, whereas the “Nehle per Dehla offer 395” will be modified on a PAN India basis, according to the most recent information. For the Triple Ace 333 offer and the BSNL Chaukka deal 444, BSNL has chosen to set daily data use limits of 1GB and 2GB, respectively. The ‘Nehle per Dehla offer 395’ will now be available for 71 days in all teleco circles, according to BSNL.

‘Triple Ace offer 333’, ‘Nehle per Dehla offer 395’, and ‘BSNL Chaukka offer 444’ have been revised as of September 4th, 2017, and will continue to be so.

The key changes that will affect these STVs starting on April 9, 2017 are outlined below:

  • Data STV 333 (for Sount Zone only): The existing “Unlimited data (speed reduced to 80kbps after 3GB/day)” has been changed to “Unlimited data with speed restriction.” ‘Unlimited data’ was changed to ‘Unlimited data (speed lowered to 80kbps after 1GB/day)’.
  • STV 395 (for PAN India): The validity of STV 395 has been changed from its previous validity of “60 days” to “71 days.”
  • Data STV 444 (for Sount Zone only): The phrase “Unlimited data (speed reduced to 80kbps after 4GB/day)” has been changed to “Unlimited data with speed restriction.” ‘Unlimited data’ was changed to ‘Unlimited data (speed decreased to 80kbps after 2GB/day)’.

The updated discounts will be available starting on September 4, 2017. The 43rd Amendment to the Telecom Tariff Order and any instructions, directions, or clarifications that TRAI may from time to time issue must be followed while putting the tariff into force. We already know that, with the exception of Kerala Circle, BSNL modified the “TRIPLE ACE 333” and “NEHLE PER DEHLA 395” STVs on July 23, 2017, and it abolished the “BSNL CHAUKKA 444” Data STV. We must thus wait a few more days to see if the offers for Kerala Circle have changed in any way.
