BSNL has launched a free FTTH modem offer for customers with fixed monthly charges of Rs 599/- and above.

BSNL waives off FTTH modem rental charges for fiber broadband customers in Kerala Circle

In Kerala Circle, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has begun providing its fiber optic broadband (FTTH) subscribers a free FTTH modem.

According to the most recent information, BSNL FTTH customers who choose a broadband package with a monthly cost of Rs 599 or more would receive a monthly rental waiver for a fiber modem of Rs 90. Customers that choose yearly or higher payment choices are eligible for the program.

According to a formal statement by BSNL, the following fees for renting a FTTH ONT will now be waived for broadband customers: –

The competent authority has decided to exempt existing DSL/FTTH broadband customers in Kerala Circle who chose broadband plans (i.e., standalone/broadband only/combo) with Fixed Monthly Charges of Rs 599/- and above under annual/higher payment option from paying the monthly rental fees of Rs 90 for FTTH ONT (when ONT is taken on rent from BSNL).

Only non-Wi-Fi FTTH ONTs are eligible for the aforementioned deal. The rest of the terms and conditions are unchanged. The aforementioned rate will only be in effect for regular customers in the Kerala Circle as of June 25, 2018.
