BSNL launched Web Selfcare Portal to manage all services.

In order to manage all BSNL services on a single platform, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has created an integrated and updated Web Selfcare Portal at https://selfcare.bsnl.co.in. A client may manage his current BSNL Broadband, Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Landline, and Mobile connections by enrolling on the BSNL Selfcare Portal.

All BSNL Services may be contacted online using the BSNL Selfcare Portal. Users can submit requests for new services and facilities using this portal, as well as file online complaints with BSNL about broadband, landlines, and FTTH (Bharat Fiber). Web Selfcare Portal’s main goal is to fulfill all client demands online so that customers don’t need to go to BSNL client Care or BSNL Office.

User registration is necessary at the BSNL Sefcare Portal in order to utilize all of these capabilities.

BSNL Selfcare Portal Registration

User registration process is very simple. Visit https://selfcare.bsnl.co.in.

‘Sign Up’ should be clicked. (A page with three stages will appear for your registration.)

User must first input their name, email address, confirmed email address, mobile number, captcha code, and telecom circle.

Step 2: following the “Next” button click. The mobile number provided after registration (Step 1) receives a four-digit OTP. In the OTP box, enter the received OTP. Click Resend OTP if you don’t get the OTP. To go to Step #3, choose Next.

Step-3: In accordance with the password policy, step three is to set a strong password that is at least eight characters long and contains alphanumeric characters. Password should then be entered in the Confirm Password form. Make sure the password you type corresponds to the one you put in the Password area.

Hit “Submit.” The user’s email address gets emailed a verification link. After the email address has been successfully verified, the user may access the BSNL Selfcare Portal using the email address and password they chose when signing up.

Adding Accounts to BSNL Selfcare Portal

After registration, a customer can add existing BSNL Wireline & Wireless accounts in Selfcare Portal.

Select My Accounts after logging in, and then click “Add Customer Account.”

A BSNL landline, broadband, or FTTH account can be added.

If a customer is having a fixed line connection i.e., Landline / Broadband / FTTH (Fiber Broadband), then select connection as ‘Wireline Service ‘.

Choose the client category, state, billing account number, and service ID in Step 1 before clicking next to move on to Step 2.

Enter the 10 digits of the mobile number that was linked to the fixed line service in Step 2 to confirm the mobile number. An OTP will be given to that phone in Step 3, and it must be input in order to finish the procedure.

BSNL Prepaid / Postpaid Mobile Number Addition

If a consumer has a prepaid or postpaid BSNL Mobile connection, choose connection as “Wireless Service”.

Choose Sub connection (Prepaid/Post-paid) in Step 1, then choose Circle, Name, and Mobile Number before pressing the next button to continue to Step 2. To finish the procedure, input the OTP that was delivered to your mobile device in Step 2 into the site.

To view your BSNL broadband/Bharat Fiber data use and landline customer details as of the current date, you must first register on the BSNL Selfcare portal.
