According to the most recent information, BSNL will start withdrawing some of its current Data STVs and Combo STVs from February 17th, 2018.

BSNL withdraws existing Data STVs and Combo STVs on PAN India basis.

State-run PSU BSNL has announced the withdrawal of some of its current Data STVs and Combo STVs with effect from February 17, 2018, on a PAN India basis, following the announcement of a variety of alluring unlimited voice calling offers for its prepaid mobile subscribers.

The following BSNL data STVs will be removed starting on February 17, 2018: 399, 629, 821, 2399, 1949, and Combo STVs: 1402 & 3099. Existing clients in these STVs can still take advantage of freebies until the STV validity expiration date.

The unlimited any network call offer STVs from BSNL are available for 99 for 26 days and 319 for 90 days.
