As Per Latest Information BSNL to launch FMT (Fixed Mobile Telephony – VoIP) with Mobile numbering scheme which can be used even from outside India territory.

BSNL to launch FMT service with zero monthly charges.

State-run telecom giant BSNL has made the decision to roll out FMT (Fixed Mobile Telephony), a VoIP-based calling service that may be accessed from outside of India.

Thousands of NRIs who are employed abroad will benefit from the new service that BSNL will soon deploy. Fixed Mobile Telephony (FMT) service with a mobile numbering scheme will be introduced by BSNL. This service will be provided by BSNL with no set monthly fees and unlimited free Sunday and night calling privileges.

BSNL will introduce FMT (Fixed Mobile Telephony) rates along with a mobile numbering system.

The aforementioned guidelines will take effect right away when BSNL launches FMT (Fixed Mobile Telephony) with a mobile numbering plan throughout all of India. Private operators contacted TRAI to ask them to discontinue BSNL’s app-based calling service, as we had reported earlier in 2017.
