For the duration of safe custody, both the telephone and broadband internet services will be disconnected.

How to Activate BSNL Safe Custody Plan?

Only upon writing request from the authorized subscriber to the appropriate commercial officer at the closest BSNL Customer Service Center (BSNL CSC) and with a clear statement that the connection (Landline/Bharat Fiber/BBo Wi-Fi) is to be maintained under “Safe Custody” as of the date, would the service be approved. When making an application for the safe custody term, the advance rent must also be paid.
