As Per Latest Information BSNL offers more freebies to C-Top up retailers on PAN India basis.

BSNL revised Special Retailer C-Top Up plans on PAN India basis.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) modified the Special Retailer C-Top Up programs (both prepaid and postpaid) on a PAN India basis.

The most current information is that BSNL would offer further incentives to retailers who activate at least three SIM cards each month. If their monthly transaction value is greater than Rs 1000 and they have at least “Three SIM” enabled, retailers may be eligible for an extra 100 minutes of free off-net voice calls in addition to the present special concessional pricing of the merchant C-Top Up plan.

Revised Special Tariff Plan for BSNL Retailers from 29-09-2017 PAN India Tariff

The Rs. 3-per-message C-Top-Up reversal cost would also be waived by BSNL management. The Prepaid C-Top Up Connections now have a “Lifetime” validity. These connections will be deleted, disconnected, or unplugged if the requirement that “there should be at least one transaction / recharge in every 90 days” is not satisfied.

The aforementioned rate will go into effect on a PAN India basis on September 29, 2017. The 43rd Amendment to the Telecom Tariff Order and any instructions, directions, or clarifications that TRAI issues from time to time must be followed while implementing the tariff.
