As Per Latest Information BSNL launches the ‘Book My Fiber’ Portal to take customer requests for FTTH connections.

BSNL launched ‘BookMyFiber’ portal to take customer requests for Bharat Fibre connections.

For receiving client requests for Bharat Fibre (BSNL FTTH – Fiber Broadband) connections, BSNL has developed the “Book My Fiber” portal at http://bookmyfiber.bsnl.co.in.

Customers may register on this portal by entering their name, cellphone number, and email address if they want to use the BSNL FTTH service. An OTP will be provided to the customer’s cellphone number for verification after providing the necessary information in the BSNL “Book My Fiber” Portal; this OTP must then be submitted in the portal in order to submit the customer’s request.

According to the data supplied by the user’s mobile device, the site will automatically record the latitude and longitude of the consumer. The BSNL FMS Portal receives this FTTH lead information, together with the client’s geo-coordinates, in order to supply the FTTH connection for the customer. All of the BSNL and BSNL Franchisee OLTE have already been geo-tagged on the FMS site.
