According to the most recent information, BSNL Circle Heads (Circle General Managers) will host Live Twitter sessions (Twitter Town Hall) in the month of November 2020.

BSNL to conduct Twitter Town Hall by Circle Heads (CGMs) in November 2020 to address customer complaints and to improve presence in Social Media

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a state-run telecom giant and the backbone of the nation’s network, has planned to hold Live Twitter sessions (also known as Twitter Town Halls) by BSNL Circle Heads (Circle General Managers) in November 2020. In an effort to resolve consumer issues and enhance its online image, the PSU has chosen to hold a Twitter Town Hall.

As we said in our story from last month, as part of the celebrations for BSNL Foundation Day 2020, the company designated October 2020 as “Customer Delight Month.” To increase awareness of BSNL’s social media presence among the general people, BSNL CMD Sri.PK Purwar has now ordered all BSNL units to hold live Twitter sessions (also known as Twitter Town Halls) at the circle level.

Customers of BSNL may follow the CGMs of the relevant telecom circles on Twitter and tweet their inquiries and concerns using the hash tags shown in the aforementioned table. According to the chart above, three BSNL units—Kolkata, Kerala, and Telangana—have already set dates for Live Twitter Sessions. In the upcoming days, dates for Twitter Town Hall meetings will also be announced by all other BSNL divisions.

Customer Complaint Registration via Twitter Town Hall

Customers of BSNL are encouraged to take advantage of this chance to address any long-standing issues they may have with any of the company’s services, including BSNL Landline, BSNL Broadband, BSNL FTTH, BSNL Mobile, BSNL 3G, and BSNL 4G. During these live Twitter sessions, users may also voice their grievances about BSNL Mobile Coverage issues, BSNL Mobile Call drop difficulties, poor service quality, BSNL billing issues, complaints regarding value-added services, etc.

BSNL Presence in social media

BSNL is making every effort to address customer issues and grievances that have been submitted through the official BSNL Twitter handles. The perception of BSNL and its services would undoubtedly improve as a result of these social media operations. These live customer interactions would also aid in increasing public awareness of BSNL’s social media presence.

Please share your thoughts and ideas regarding BSNL’s participation in social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram in the comments section below, dear readers. How many of you have attempted to file complaints via the BSNL Official Twitter Accounts? Please give us your thoughts.
