A new greenfield data center, CGK3A, has begun construction by BDx Indonesia, a BDx affiliate, in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta. With a 15 MW capacity, the data center seeks to offer top-tier data center services to Indonesian businesses and hyperscale’s.

Responding to Indonesia’s rapidly growing digital economy

The statement claims that by 2025, Indonesia’s digital economy is predicted to be worth USD 130 billion, and CGK3A seeks to address the growing demand for a reliable and skilled digital infrastructure. The construction of the data center is a component of BDx’s strategy to have 70 MW of capacity available by the end of 2023.

High network uptime, Tier 3 facilities, and cutting-edge security are available.

With a 14,127 square meter footprint, the new data center has Tier 3 data center capabilities, cutting-edge security and automation systems, high network uptime, and below-average power usage effectiveness (PUE) of 1.4, which offers an operationally excellent and sustainable solution without compromising productivity and scalability.
